When filter elements in your baghouse can not be cleaned any more or are damaged, they have to be professionally disposed as all other industrial waste. This is especially valid for materials like PI, PPS or PTFE, which are produced under high energy input.
As a certified waste disposal company, we are a reliable partner for safe and proper treatment of waste. The a. m. materials will be examined in our laboratory and will then be reprocessed in a special recycling plant, which is certified according to §4 BlmSchG. By means of the pan-European patented On-Line-Cleaning® the technically cleaned and reprocessed material can be returned to the economic cycle as a low-priced alternative. The test values for air passage and break strength comply with the values of new, more expensive filter media.

Disposal
We dismount defective filter elements from your installation and dispose them environmentally friendly. Since the filters are not burned, but reprocessed professionally, the C02 emission is reduced effectively. Furthermore we offer return systems, as well as the corresponding logistics. We deliver new filter media and take back your old filters.
